Neon Sign
A real neon sign switching on: dark glass tubes, a few stutters, one tube that catches late, then the wall lit in its colours and the wet street reflecting it, with the hum and click of the transformer.

Make a video in the Neon Sign style from ultramotion.ai: https://ultramotion.ai/styles/neon-sign/ The style is an open-source Agent Skill. If you can install skills, run npx skills add sunsiyuan/ultramotion first and build it with the neon-sign template (neon.js bends text and drawings into tubes, draws the wall, the supports, the electrodes and the lit glass, runs each tube's ignition from a seed and turns the same ignition into sound; render.py renders; sound.py synthesizes the transformer hum, the crackle and clicks of striking tubes, the switch and the street). If you can't, write it from scratch following the description below. [Deliverable] - Subject: Rosie's Diner — a roadside diner a little before 5 a.m. The cook throws the switch, the script and DINER come up, and the N of OPEN, on a tired electrode, buzzes at one end for two seconds before it catches. - Landscape 1920×1080, 30 fps, 12 seconds, an mp4 with sound (no music: just the street, the switch and the tubes themselves), saved in the current directory. - Every frame is a pure function of time t, flicker included: each tube's ignition is a frame-by-frame table built from a seed, and a frame looks up its brightness in it — no state carried between frames. Render with a headless browser frame by frame, encode with ffmpeg, then add the sound. [The sign is a real object] - It's the sign a diner would actually put up: its name, what it is, and OPEN. No slogan. - It hangs on a brick wall (brick red about #6e3426) in the blue-grey of the hour before dawn (ambient about #2b3552), the wall low but readable. - Along the bottom, from y 930 down, a dark steel band over the storefront (about #1e2626), where the awning hangs, with a row of rivets every 110 px along its top edge. - On the left, a small transformer box (x 70, y 560, 120×170) with two cables sagging from it: one to the start of the script, one to the OPEN box. - No ground, no reflection, no rain: just the wall. [The tubes] - "Rosie's": SignPainter at 300 px, centred at x 760, y 300, as one bent pink tube 14 px across — a script word is a single length of glass, with the jumps between strokes painted black. - A tail under the script: a second pink tube, 14 px, a gentle curve from (420, 455) through (700, 470) and (1000, 450) up to (1230, 405), bends rounded. - "DINER": Futura Bold at 210 px, letter-spacing 18, centred at x 800, y 640, in double-line letters — a tube round the outline of each stroke, pulled in 9 px — ice blue, 9 px glass, one tube per letter. - OPEN: Avenir Next Medium at 118 px, letter-spacing 6, centred at x 1580, y 600, single-line (the tube runs down the middle of each stroke), red, 11 px, one tube per letter; around it a blue rounded box (x 1385, y 500, 390×200, corner radius 46), 10 px. - Tubes are glass: unlit, a grey tube with a thin highlight and a soft shadow on the bricks below it, dark round electrode boots at the ends, small clips on supports. Tubes of different colours never touch; leave a tube width of air. [How it switches on — this is the style] - 0–1 s: dark. The unlit sign — grey glass, boots, supports, cables — readable in the night's own light, long enough to see the shape that's about to light. - 1.0 s: one clack, the switch. - 1.2 s: "Rosie's" strikes, stutter: 2–5 bursts of 1–4 frames with dark frames between, then it holds, at about 2.1 s. - 1.45 s: the tail strikes and holds by about 2.05 s — but it's the faulty tube: after that it drops out for a frame or three every few seconds (about every 3.2 s on average: around 4.0, 5.8, 7.9 and 10.0 s), sometimes twice in a row. - 2.35 s: DINER snaps on left to right, one letter every 0.09 s (2.35, 2.44, 2.53, 2.62, 2.71): each letter one white frame, dark for a frame or two, full within four frames; the whole word lit by about 2.9 s. - 3.25 s: the blue box warms up: a flash, then it comes on dim and pale and fills to full over about 1.5 s, settled near 4.85 s (that's how argon blues behave). - 3.65, 3.75, 3.85 s: O, P, E snap on. - 3.95 s: the N is the stubborn one. For 2.1 seconds only a short length by one electrode glows and twitches — now and then dark, now and then the whole tube flashing and dying — then a couple of dark frames and the whole N catches, at about 6.05 s. The video waits for this. - Flicker is always whole-frame jumps, never a sine. All the strokes of one letter sit on one tube and flicker together. - 6–12 s: everything lit and holding. The bricks take the pink and blue, the hum is full. Nothing breathes or pulses; the only thing that moves is the tired tail dropping out. - The camera: one very slow push the whole way through, no cuts, no shake — from centre (960, 540) at 1× to (1040, 560) at 1.07×, drifting a little toward OPEN, which lights last. [How it looks] - Mostly dark; the sign is the only bright thing. - A lit tube: the gas colour on the glass, a near-white core inside it, a halo, and the wall around it lit the same colour. Pink about #ff4f9e (core #ffe2f0, glow #ff2386), ice about #5cd2ff (core #e8fbff, glow #1ea4ff), blue about #3c68ff (core #d4e2ff, glow #2040ff), red about #ff3a1c (core #ffd6c0, glow #ff1e0a). Each colour has a job: the name pink, DINER ice, the OPEN box blue with red letters. - Painted-out jumps stay black when lit. Letters don't blur into a white blob. - No grain, no per-frame noise. [Sound] - Under everything, a far street: low traffic, now and then a car passing from one side to the other. - At 1.0 s, the clack of the switch (a low thump and a little metal). - The tubes' own sound is read from the same ignition tables, never typed times: · the transformer hum at 120 Hz (60 Hz mains, US), as loud as the length of glass lit at that moment — it steps up as each part comes on and fills when the N catches, and dips each time the tail drops out; · crackle while a tube struggles: the stutter bursts, and the whole two seconds the N is buzzing at its electrode; · one dry click on each strike, panned to where that tube is on the wall. - No music. [Check before you hand it over] - Pull frames at 1, 2.5, 4, 6 and 10 s into one contact sheet and look at it; open one fully lit frame at full size. - Flat glowing outlines on black: put the tubes on a wall with supports, boots and a shadow, and show them dark first. - Everything comes on at once, or fades in: strike part by part, flicker in whole frames, one tube late. - The wall doesn't change colour when the sign lights: the wall must take the tubes' light; check it isn't drawn on top of the sign. - Pulsing or breathing after it holds: once lit, only the faulty tail moves. - The hum or clicks don't match the picture: read them from the ignition tables. - SignPainter or Futura not installed: the browser falls back to something that doesn't look bent by hand — pick an installed script and geometric face.
